Jake Rinaldo, founder of Empowering Artists with Disabilities (EAD), is a musician, entrepreneur, and advocate whose life and career embody perseverance, creativity, and the power of opportunity. Living with muscular dystrophy and using a wheelchair, Jake has faced challenges that have strengthened his determination to help others overcome barriers and achieve their professional dreams.

Driven by his own experiences, Jake is passionate about mentoring individuals with disabilities, particularly those with special needs, and helping them discover their talents, develop their skills, and build meaningful careers. He founded EAD on the belief that disability should never stand in the way of artistic expression, professional growth, or career success.

Jake previously played an instrumental role in establishing the Coalition for Disabled Musicians, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting musicians with physical disabilities. This experience helped shape his ongoing commitment to creating opportunities, expanding access, and empowering artists to pursue their ambitions.

Beyond his advocacy, Jake is the founder, CEO, and owner of Liquid Soul Entertainment, a successful recording studio located in Levittown, New York. With 35 years of experience as a respected recording engineer and business owner, he brings extensive industry knowledge, professional expertise, and entrepreneurial leadership to his mission.

Through EAD, Jake combines his decades of experience in the music industry with his passion for teaching, mentoring, and career development. His goal is to help artists with disabilities move beyond simply discovering their talents to transforming those talents into professional opportunities and sustainable careers.
